About Messages

When you send a "Private Message" how do you now it has been sent properly ? I have sent an answer to Second Variety, and it looks like nothing is gone. I do have received a message as the "mail" has been sent, but nothing is in the out-box.  Normally on forum you can check the messages that are "out" ?

I think that I have missed something  .

At the bottom of the message you are composing is a little box labelled "Save a copy in my outbox". Click in that box and it saves a copy for you. If you don't click it, it doesn't save a copy.
